Would you like to have more energy, find more joy, and live with ease?
Are you waking up tired, chasing coffee with more coffee, and so looking forward to that glass of wine at the end of the day? I’ve been there. But why are you so tired? You work out, you drink water, you even eat kale! In our world of 9-5 (or 8-6, let’s be honest), always on social media, and full social calendars, we’re running our bodies on empty.
Adrenal fatigue, poor digestion, and endometriosis lead me on a journey of healing through food and lifestyle choices over the last decade. In 2016, I completed my yoga teacher training, the next year became a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Integrative Institute of Nutrition, and this year a Certified Universal Health Principles Practitioner.
I’m a busy, career driven woman. I travel a lot, for work and for fun. I’ve learned how to find balance in the midst of it all and I want to help you do the same!
